My most recent rainbow cake created for my Grandmother's birthday! The recipe definitely called for TWO round cake pans and....only  had one.....End result = cone-shaped overcooked cake! Beautiful though. My best-looking cake thus far!

For this frosting I definitely went with Rainbow Chip from the can. Delicious!
